This setting controls how investigation requests (e.g., lab and scan) are handled for patients on credit.
When enabled, investigation requests for credit patients will not be automatically approved. They must be reviewed and approved by the cashier before processing.
How It Works
A doctor requests an investigation (lab or scan) for a credit patient.
The request is sent to the cashier queue.
The cashier reviews and approves the request.
When Enabled
No automatic approval (AutoPay) for credit patient investigations.
Cashier must approve all investigation requests.
When Disabled
If the general AutoPay setting is enabled in the system, investigation requests will be automatically approved without cashier intervention
