From the left navigation menu, click on Setups & Configuration.
Select Setup Test Templates.
On the page, click on the Add a Template button.
In the modal, enter your desired Template Name.
Click on the Investigation field and select the Lab Test from the list shown.
To add more tests, click on the Add More button and repeat the process.
In the Pricing Preference section, enter the Cash, NHIS, Private, and Company prices. If any price is not available, you can leave that field as it is.
Click Insurance-Specific Pricing to open the agency table.
Under Coverage, select Covered or Not Covered to indicate if the test is covered or not for that agency.
Enter the test price for the agency in Amount.
Enter any extra payment in Topup.
Repeat for each agency to set billing rules.
Click Save when done.
