How to use patient’s treatment sheet

  1. On the homepage, open the patient’s folder.

  2. From the left menu, select In-Patient/Ward if the patient is admitted, or General/Out-Patient if not.

  3. Click on Treatment Report.

  4. On the page, locate the medicine that needs updating.

Updating Medication Administration Status

  • On the Treatment Sheet, click the relevant date cell for the medication and scheduled time.

  • The Select Action modal will appear with the following options:

    • Given — Record that the medication was administered to the patient.
      After selecting Given, enter the dosage given and click on save.

    • Not Available — Indicate that the medication was unavailable at the time of administration.

    • Yet to Give — Mark that the medication has not yet been administered.

    • No Access — Indicate that the medication could not be administered due to access limitations.

    • Refused — Record that the patient refused the medication.

    • Remove — Clear or remove the previously recorded status.

  • Select the appropriate option to update the treatment record.
