On the homepage, open the patient’s folder.
From the left menu, select In-Patient/Ward if the patient is admitted, or General/Out-Patient if not.
Click on Treatment Report.
On the page, locate the medicine that needs updating.
Updating Medication Administration Status
On the Treatment Sheet, click the relevant date cell for the medication and scheduled time.
The Select Action modal will appear with the following options:
Given — Record that the medication was administered to the patient.
After selecting Given, enter the dosage given and click on save.Not Available — Indicate that the medication was unavailable at the time of administration.
Yet to Give — Mark that the medication has not yet been administered.
No Access — Indicate that the medication could not be administered due to access limitations.
Refused — Record that the patient refused the medication.
Remove — Clear or remove the previously recorded status.
Select the appropriate option to update the treatment record.
