ACCESSING THE TREATMENT REPORT
Admit the patient
On the left-side menu, navigate to Inpatient /Ward and click on Treatment Report.
The treatment sheet will display the patient's prescribed medications.
RECORDING MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION
Locate the medication on the treatment sheet.
Select the required date and time slot for administering the medication.
On the modal pop-up, select the appropriate action:
Given – Medication was administered.
Not Available – Medication was unavailable.
Yet to Give – Medication has not been administered yet.
No Access – Medication could not be accessed.
Refused – Patient refused the medication.
If Given is selected:
Enter the dosage administered.
Click Save.
The system updates the treatment sheet with the selected status, dosage, and recorded time.
EDITING MEDICATION DETAILS
Select the medication to be updated.
Click Edit Medication.
Update the required details:
Dosage
Frequency
Number of days
Route
Reason for change
Save the changes.
STOPPING MEDICATION
Select the medication.
Click Stop Medication.
Confirm the action when prompted.
The medication will be marked as stopped and will no longer be available for administration.
FILTERING TREATMENT RECORDS
Use the available filters on the treatment sheet.
Filter medications by:
Date range
Treatment period
Medication details
Review the filtered treatment records as required.
Heads Up: Only medications that have been prescribed, approved, and dispensed will appear on the nurse treatment report for administration.
