Only users with Admin or Accounts privileges can perform this task.
Log in to the system.
From the left menu, click Pricing List.
Select Price Adjustment.
There are two ways to adjust prices in the system
Method 1: Using Template (Bulk Upload)
NOTE: First, download the template and make the required changes
Click Download Templates
Select Template Type
Click Generate Document to download the template
Open the file and update the values
Return to the system and click Bulk Upload
Select the same Template Type
Click Choose File and upload the edited file
Click Upload Document
Click OK to confirm
Method 2: Calculation-Based Update
NOTE:This method allows you to use system formulas for price adjustment
Click Calculation Based Update
Click and Select Template Type name
Choose Formula Type (Basic or Advanced)
During the upload process, a backup is automatically created. Once the upload is completed, the system will use the uploaded data while retaining the backup for recovery purposes if needed.
How It Works:
Select the source column, choose an operator, and define either a constant value or another column as the operand. The system will then automatically apply the formula and calculate the result for the selected parameter.
Click Finalize
Click OK to confirm
