Creating Oxygen Therapy Chart

1. Log in to the system as a clinical user.

2. Open the patient's folder.

3. From the left navigation menu, click Inpatients/Ward, then select Oxygen Therapy Chart.

4. On the Oxygen Therapy Chart page, click Setup.

5. Enter the required oxygen therapy details:

6. Click Set Up Date and select the appropriate date.

7. Click Set Up Time and select the appropriate time.

8. Enter the patient's Oxygen Saturation (%).

9. Enter the Flow Rate.

10. Review the information entered to ensure it is complete and accurate.

11. Click Submit to save the Oxygen Therapy Chart.

Discontinuing an Oxygen Therapy Chart

When oxygen therapy is no longer required, record its discontinuation as follows:

1. On the Oxygen Therapy Chart page, click Discontinue.

2. Enter the required discontinuation details:

3. Click Discontinue Date and select the appropriate date.

4. Click Discontinue Time and select the appropriate time.

5. Enter the patient's Oxygen Saturation (%).

6. Enter the reason or additional notes in the Remarks field.

7. Review the information entered to ensure it is accurate and complete.

8. Click Submit to record the discontinuation.

Editing an Oxygen Therapy Chart

1. On the Oxygen Therapy Chart page, click Archive.

2. Click on Edit for the record you want to update.

3. Make the necessary changes.

4. Click Submit.

5. Click OK on the confirmation prompt to save the changes.

Deleting an Oxygen Therapy Chart

1. On the Oxygen Therapy Chart page, click Archive.

2. Locate the record you want to delete.

3. Click Delete.

4. Click OK on the confirmation prompt to permanently delete the record.
