Facility Can Transfer Products Between Branches (Preferences )

Overview

This setting allows your facility to transfer products between different branches within the system.

Heads Up!
  • This feature is available only for online clients using multiple branches.

  • Each branch must enable this setting individually to participate in transfers.

  • Branches that do not enable this feature will not appear in the requisition list.

  • Ensure that the same products are configured across all branches, using the same units.

  • If product names differ between branches, they can be mapped during the requisition process.

How It Works

  1. A branch can create a requisition request for products.

  2. Other enabled branches can send or receive stock based on the request.

  3. The system tracks product movement between branches.

When Enabled

  1. Branches can transfer products to and from other branches.

  2. Only branches with this setting enabled will be available for selection.

  3. Improves stock distribution and availability across locations.

When Disabled

  1. Product transfers between branches are not allowed.

  2. Each branch operates independently with its own stock.

Note

  1. Enable this setting when:

  2. Your facility operates multiple branches

  3. You need centralized stock management

  4. Always ensure product consistency (name and unit) across branches to avoid errors
