Ensure the patient is admitted (in-house patient).
Navigate to Inpatient/Ward → 4hrs Chart.
The 4hrs Chart page will display the patient's vital sign charts, including:
Body Temperature
Pulse Rate
Respiratory Rate
Blood Pressure
Oxygen Saturation (SpO₂)
Random Blood Sugar
Head Circumference
Weight
Click Enter Vitals Collected to record new vital signs, then click Save.
Click Archive to view previous 4hrs Chart records.
From the Archive, users can:
Search records
Edit or delete previous entries
HEADS UP:
The 4hrs Chart provides a visual view of recorded vital signs over time, while the Archive stores previous entries for reference and management.
Also, only the user who created the record can edit or delete.
