From the left navigation menu, click Medical Report.
On the Medical Examination Report page, click Create New.
Enter the patient's details:
Name
Age
Complete the Physical Examination section by entering the required information:
General Appearance
Vision (Right)
Vision (Left)
Ears
Respiratory System
Gastrointestinal System
Circulatory System
Blood Pressure
Pulse
Heart
Nervous System
Musculoskeletal System
Enter the laboratory investigation results in the Laboratory Investigations section:
HB
Sickling Test
Stool R/E
Urine R/E
Enter the patient's X-ray findings in the X-Ray Report section.
Review all the information entered to ensure it is accurate and complete.
Click Save to create the Medical Examination Report.
