From the left menu, click In-Patient/Ward if the patient is admitted, or General/Out-Patient if not.
Click on Radiology Test or Laboratory Test.
On the page, enter the test name in the search field and select it from the drop-down list.
Repeat the process to add more tests if needed.
When done, click Submit.
