How to set up or customize a template

  1. From the left menu, click on Setups and Configurations and then My Templates.

  2. On the page, click on the Add New button.

  3. In the form that appears, enter the name of the template in the Template Name field.

  4. In the Template Type field, select the type of template. The options are:

  • Medication

  • Investigation

  • Management Plan

  1. If Medication is selected, fill in the following fields:

  • Medication

  • Dose

  • Frequency

  • Days

  • Route

  • Click Add More to include additional medications.

  1. If Investigation is selected, enter the investigation in the field that appears.

  2. Select the access type (Private or Public).

  • If Private is selected, only the user who created the template can access it.

  • If Public is selected, all users within the department can access the template.

  1. Click Add More to include additional investigations if needed.

  2. If the Management Plan is selected, enter the plan in the text area that appears.

  3. When done, click on the Save button.
