Heads Up!The Total Balance shows the patient’s overall financial status. It is calculated by comparing the Deposit Balance and the Debt Balance.
If deposits are higher than debts, the patient has available funds.
If debts are higher than deposits, the patient owes money.
If both are equal, the balance is zero.
This helps determine whether a patient has credit, debt, or a settled account.
On the left-hand panel, click on "Patients"
From the dropdown, click on "Total Balance".
The Total Balance page will open.
In the search box, enter the patient’s name.
Once the patient appears in the list, click on their name.
The patient’s total balance will be displayed on the screen.
