How It Works

1. The recorded time can be edited to reflect the correct or actual administration time.

When Enabled

1. Nurses can edit the time of administered treatments.

2. Helps correct timing errors or delayed documentation.

3. Ensures accurate clinical reporting when adjustments are needed.

When Disabled

1. Treatment time is recorded as when the entry made.

2. Nurses cannot modify the time after entry
