From the left navigation menu in the Doctor Consultation module, click Ward.
The Ward Records page will open.
If needed, use any of the following filters to narrow your search:
Age: Filter records by a specific age range.
Gender: Filter records by gender.
Select Ward: View records for a specific ward only.
Status: Filter patients by Admitted or Discharged status.
Click the Search button to apply the selected filters.
The matching patient records will be displayed below.
If needed, use the Search box to enter the patient's name and locate a specific patient from the displayed records.
Click the blue button under the Action column for the selected patient.
The Patient Details window will appear.
Click the Open Folder button to access the patient's folder.
