Login to the system as a user in the Consultation.
On the homepage, open the patient’s folder.
From the left menu, click on In-Patient/Ward if the patient is admitted, or General/Out-Patient if not.
Click on Radiology Test.
On the page, enter the name of the test in the search field and select it from the drop-down list.
Repeat the process to add more tests if needed.
When done, click on the Submit button.
