How To Edit a Patient Bill


Heads Up!

Only authorized personnel with the appropriate access rights can edit Bills 

  1. On the left-hand panel, click on Sales Archives.

  2. Click on Daily Sales Report to open the list of transactions.

  3. Use the Search Box to find the bill by entering the patient’s name or folder number.

  4. Once found, click on the Action button before the bill to expand the options.

  5. Select Edit Bill from the dropdown menu.

  6. A bill editing modal will appear.

  7. Perform the necessary changes:

    • Click the Check Button to uncheck any item not needed.

    • Click + Add More to add items (Only for general bills).

  8. After unchecking an item, the Debt or Balance Box will display a negative amount.

  9. Click on the Red Box in front of Amount Due.

  10. The Debt or Balance Box will reset to zero.

  11. Click the Save button to apply the changes.

  12. Click YES to confirm the edits.
