How To Delete Patient Bill


Heads Up!

This action is irreversible and will update the daily sales records automatically

  • Only a cashier with the required privileges can perform this task.

  • You cannot delete a bill without providing a reason.

  • Deleting a bill will affect the Daily Sales Report.

  1. On the left-hand panel, click on Sales Archives

  2. Click on Daily Sales Report.

  3. Select Select Period to filter by the desired date range.

  4. Enter the patient’s name or folder number in the Search Box to locate the bill.

  5. Once the bill appears, click the Action button to view available options.

  6. Choose Delete Bill from the dropdown menu.

  7. A confirmation popup will appear. Enter the reason for deleting the bill in the provided field.

Click Submit to permanently delete the bill.
