Heads Up!
- You cannot create a deposit for a patient who has an outstanding debt in the system.
- All debts must be cleared before a deposit can be processed.
Navigate to Patients and click to expand the menu.
Click on Add Deposit.
A new page will open—locate the Search Box.
Enter the patient’s name or folder number, then select the correct patient.
In the Deposit field, enter the deposit amount in the Amount Box.
Click on the Save button.
For Mobile Money, Card, or Cheque Payments:
Enter the amount in the selected payment method field.
The amount will move from Cash to the chosen payment method.
Click on the Save button to complete the process.
A receipt preview will appear—click Print to generate a receipt.
