How to Create a Walk-In for Patient


Heads Up!

Cashiers can only create general bills for walk-in patients.

  1. On the left-hand panel, click on "Create Bill".

  2. From the dropdown, select "For Walk-in Patient".

  3. The Walk-in Patient billing page will open.

Fill in the Required Patient Details:

  • First Name: Enter the client's first name.

  • Last Name: Enter the client's last name.

  • Contact Number: Enter the client's phone number.

  • Sex: Click to select the gender.

  • Period: Click to select the billing period.

Under Activity Request Information:

  • If the request is from a medical center:

    • Select "Requested by a Medical Center".

    • Enter the Medical Center Name in the Requested From field.

    • Enter the Doctor’s Name in the Requested By field.

  • If it is a personal request:

    • Select "Personal Request".

    • Use the search box under "Send Bill Request" to search and select the item/service.

    • You can add multiple items for the same client if needed.

  1. Once all required fields are filled and items added, click "Save".
