How to View and Print Patient Bill Summary


Heads Up!

The Bill Summary page allows you to view and review patients’ billing records

  1. On the left-hand panel, click on Patients.

  2. From the dropdown list, select Bill Summary.

  3. The Bill Summary page will open, displaying patient billing records.

  4. Click Select Period to filter the bill summary by a specific date range, if required.

Note: By default, the system shows the last 30 days of billing data.

  1. In the search box, enter the patient’s name.

  2. Once the patient appears, click on their name.

  3. A new tab will open displaying the bill receipt.

  4. Click on the print icon to print the bill.

  5. If needed, click on "Receipt Summarized" to switch to a summarized receipt format.
