How to create Appointment


Heads Up!
    • You can only create appointments for patients who already have a folder in the system.

    • If the system is connected to a 3rd-party SMS service, the patient will receive a notification after the appointment is created.

    Once an appointment is scheduled, it will automatically appear in the appointment list.
  1. From the Records Dashboard, click Appointment in the left menu to see the list of existing appointments.

  2. Click Add New to open the appointment form.

  3. In the Search Patients Here field, type the patient’s full name or folder number, then select the correct patient from the dropdown so their details populate automatically.

  4. In the Select Specialist field, choose the doctor for the appointment.

  5. Add relevant information in the Add Note field.

  6. Select the appointment category, such as Check-up or Follow-up.

  7. Set the date the patient should report.

Click Schedule to save the appointment.
