On the Records Department Dashboard, navigate and click Merge Folder on the left-side section.
Heads Up!
All records from the discarded folder will be moved to the folder you choose to keep.
Only merge folders if a client has more than one folder in the system.
Do not merge folders for two different clients.
Only folder numbers can be used for merging.
Select Folders to Merge
Enter the folder number you want to discard (e.g., Hb23/2024).
Enter the folder number you want to keep (e.g., Hb123/2025).
Click the Merge button to combine the folders.
