To use the photo upload feature, the user must be logged in with Records Department access rights and have a webcam connected to their computer.
The photo capture option is available when Folder creation or updating an existing patients with active records.
Scroll down the New Folder or Update Folder interface while creating or updating a patient folder,
Then click the Camera icon.
When the photo dialog appears, click the Photo button to capture the image.
Review the captured photo.
If satisfied, click I’m Okay.
You may zoom in or out before capturing the photo.
Once confirmed, the dialog box will close, and a preview of the captured image will appear at the top of the page.
The image will be saved automatically when the folder creation or record update is successfully completed.
