Heads Up!
- Only patients who already have folders in the system can be updated.
From the Records Home Page, click Update Existing.
Use the Search Box to find the patient by entering the folder number, name, phone number, or any other available identifier.
When the patient record appears, click Get Folder to open the folder.
The Folder Form will display the patient’s current details.
Update the required information such as contact details, insurance information, or address.
Review all changes carefully to ensure accuracy.
Click Update Folder to save the changes.
A confirmation message “Folder updated successfully” will appear, and the updated details will be reflected in the patient’s profile.
