General: Improved overall system stability, logging, request handling, and performance across multiple modules. Improved bulk SMS sending reliability and integrated centralized error logging for better monitoring and issue tracking. Improved invoice printouts, requested ID uniqueness, and removed invalid logos from print documents.

Records: Fixed issues affecting OPD Register and Consultation summary sheets, improved folder update handling, and resolved folder creation conflicts.

Cashier: Improved debt payment processing, insurance pricing fallback, invoice printouts, payment history, and pending bill management.

Claims: Enhanced claims processing and improved handling of insured patient records.

Laboratory / Radiology: Improved request handling, enabled temporary deactivation of tests, and allowed doctors to send requests directly to debt where applicable.

Dispensary / Store: Improved issued drug reporting, requisition workflow, and overall store management stability.

Consultation / Nursing: Improved treatment sheet functionality, nurse staff updates, and enabled nurses to move patients across wards when not assigned. Improved appointment workflow and overall usability

Administrator: Improved staff setup, added missing department options, and ensured doctor-specific request visibility.

Features and Updates

1. Staff Setup – Default Clinic Assignment

Module: User Management
Navigation: Admin - Manage Staff - Add New / Edit

Overview

Staff setup now ensures every user is assigned to a clinic for proper workflow control and consistency.

Key Updates

  • Users must select a Default Department and Default Clinic when creating or editing staff.

  • If no clinic is selected, the system automatically assigns OPD.

  • The selected clinic is saved and reflected in staff records.

How to Use

  1. Go to Admin - Manage Staff.

  2. Click Add New or select a staff to edit.

  3. Choose a Default Department and Default Clinic.

  4. Click Save.


2. Laboratory & Radiology – Test Activation Control

Module: Laboratory / Radiology
Navigation: Setup - Configuration - Setup Test

Overview

Tests can now be activated or deactivated without being deleted from the system.

Key Updates

  • Added Active / Inactive status for tests.

  • Inactive tests are hidden during test requests.

  • Reactivated tests become available again.

  • Applies to both Laboratory and Radiology.

How to Use

  1. Go to Setup - Configuration - Setup Test.

  2. Create or edit a test.

  3. Set the Status to Active or Inactive.

  4. Click Save.


3. Department Visit Report Enhancement

Module: Dispensary

Overview

Visit reporting has been improved for easier searching, filtering, and clarity.

Key Updates

  • Added a data table for easier navigation and search.

  • Added filters for Visit Status and Visit Type.

  • Displays the selected reporting period at the top of the page.

How to Use

  1. Open the Department Visit Report.

  2. Use the search bar or apply filters (Visit Status / Visit Type).

  3. Select a date range to view results.


4. Invoice Printout Improvement (A4 & A5 Detailed)

Module: Billing / Cashier

Overview

Invoice printouts now display clearer billing details for better traceability.

Key Updates

  • A4 and A5 detailed invoices now include:

    • Invoice Number

    • Invoice Date

  • Added a notification icon with a tooltip explaining the inclusion of these details.

How to Use

  1. Generate or open a bill.

  2. Click Print (A4 or A5 Detailed).

  3. The Invoice Number and Invoice Date will appear automatically on the printout.


Fixes & Improvements

Billing & Insurance

  • Fixed the issue where insurance pricing was not correctly applied during billing.

IPD Requests

  • Fixed issue where admitted patient requests were incorrectly routed through the Cashier.

  • Requests now correctly follow the Send to Debt workflow.

Dispensary

  • Fixed issue where the Issued Drug Report page kept loading without returning results when filtering by date.

  • Improved overall performance and reliability of the Issued Drug Report page.

  • Fixed the receipt image placeholder appearing when no image exists.

  • Improved bulk SMS sending to ensure all contacts receive messages without duplication or loss.

System Stability

  • Integrated centralized error logging for better system monitoring and issue tracking.

User Management

  • Fixed staff clinic assignment logic for correct default clinic handling.
